A guy I know had a Zero motorcycle but ended up selling it and switching to another brand, not because of the bike itself, but because the customer support was terrible. From what he experienced, getting help or service was a huge hassle. It’s a shame because Zero makes cool bikes, but bad support can ruin the experience.

What did the dealer do?

I think this happens because they are pretty new to the market. In time, when things will stabilize, I assume they will have better customer support.
I hope they improve as they grow, but early adopters shouldn’t have to deal with poor support on premium products.
