Anyone with Zero SR?

Hi! Is anyone owning a Zero SR that could share some out from their experience with it?

My brother's got a 2019 Zero SR, and he's put 18k miles on it, using it every day in the city. It's been a great bike overall, but the charger went out, which was a pricey fix. And finding anyone to work on it? Forget about it. His local shop dropped Zero, and now it's a long drive. He's even struggling to get the shock rebuilt. But you know what? He still loves it. Says it was worth buying new.
