Just my opinion, Zero bikes are way too expensive for what they provide. Although these are sturdy bikes with high-quality parts and a five-year warranty, it's difficult to defend their £12,000 price tag in the UK.
For short commutes, electric bikes are fantastic, but that's about it. It might not be worth it if you're not a big fan of electric bikes and don't have the patience to deal with charging and range restrictions. I wouldn't bother with a full-fledged electric "sports" bike, but I would personally choose an electric supermoto.
